Fayette Academy would like to welcome Martina Cole to the position of Director of Development in fall of 2021. Martina brings more than 20 years of experience in working within the education system in public and independent schools as a Literacy Director, Upper School English educator, and as a Director of Development. In her previous experience as Director of Development for another independent school, she worked closely with the Board of Trustees and Head of School in developing goal-driven strategic plans, establishing Annual Giving and coordinating the school’s first Capital Campaign, while working directly with a non-profit consulting firm. In this position, she also managed all grant writing efforts and assisted in marketing the mission of the school to create a strong culture of philanthropy. Martina will bring this exceptional experience in development to our Fayette Academy family. We appreciate Martina’s years in upper school English here at Fayette Academy. She has been a wonderful part of our upper school faculty. We look forward to working with Martina in this capacity.
