Coach Well’s football coaching career started in 2004, and over that time, he has led multiple teams to many years of high-level success. From 2015-2018, he served as head coach at Bon Lin Middle School with a record of 29-1, Director of Middle School Football for Bartlett City Schools, and Bartlett’s Football Booster Club President. Coach Wells has recently served as an assistant coach and head coach with Fayette Academy’s Middle School program from 2019-2022, leading the Vikings to a record of 27-5 and as the Athletic Booster Club President from 2020-2023.

It’s obvious Coach Wells has a passion for serving and leading young men in life, especially through the game of football. We look forward to his continued work and influence at Fayette Academy.
