Alex Armour is a farmer in Fayette County. He is a graduate of Fayette Academy and Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. He serves as a commissioner on the Fayette County Election Commission, as a member of the Mid-South Farmers Co-op Board of Directors, as a member of the Fayette County Farm Bureau Board and a member of the Cotton Board. Alex and his wife, Katherine, have three children: Harris (8th), Henry (7th), and John Mobley (2nd). The Armours are members of Warren Community Church.
