Blake Neill

Chairman

Blake Neill graduated from Fayette Academy in 1999 after attending for 13 years. He graduated from Union University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and from Beeson Divinity School in 2006 with a Master of Theological Studies. After marrying Delana in 2006, he attended The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and graduated in 2010. Upon graduation, he worked as an attorney in private practice in Memphis, Tennessee, until 2015 when he moved home to Somerville and became law partners with Bill Rhea and Payson Matthews. In September of 2021, Governor Bill Lee appointed Blake as Circuit Court Judge of the 25th Judicial District, and he was elected to this position in August 2022. He and his wife, Delana, have three children, Samuel (6th), Elanor (4th) and Anna (1st), each of whom is currently a student at Fayette Academy. The Neills are members of Christ Presbyterian Church, where he serves as an elder.
