    Desiree’ Bawcum serves as Fayette Academy’s Principal of PK3-12th Grade. Desiree’ completed her degree in education from the University of Memphis and her advanced degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University. Since her education career began in 2008, she has served in many capacities including teacher, instructional facilitator, assistant principal, and principal. Desiree’ has maintained a continuous track record of student growth not only while in the classroom as a level five teacher, but also as principal by leading her previous school to earn the TN Department of Education distinction of Reward School status. Desiree’ brings excitement, enthusiasm, and a strong desire for continued growth in the Middle and Upper School divisions at Fayette Academy.
