Fayette Academy is pleased to announce Wes Holmes as our new Head of School. Wes has served as our Associate Head of School during the 2025–26 school year and brings with him a wealth of leadership and educational experience. He joined Fayette Academy after serving as Assistant Director of School at Fayette Christian School. Prior to that role, Wes served as Chief of Staff for Fayette County Public Schools and worked as a high school mathematics teacher.

Wes and his wife, Mia, moved to Fayette County nearly ten years ago from East Tennessee and are proud to call this community home. Together they have four children—Lizzy, Boyd, Ty, and Eva Kate—three of whom are currently students at Fayette Academy.

We are excited for the leadership Wes will bring to our school and look forward to the continued growth and success of Fayette Academy under his guidance. The Holmes family has already become a valued part of the Fayette Academy community, and we are grateful to have them as part of the FAmily.
